After the fabulous tiramisu birthday, I was left with eight whites and a fridge packed so that a pin would have detonated (I know, I should do some 'cleaning, but who wants to order when he already knows he quickly returns to the chaos?) . So when last night my mom has made half a kilo of rice salad, the thought of having to make room for wasting so much food it made me cry my heart, then, armed with good will (and an electric mixer), I decided to make meringues!
