Skonsur - Pancakes salted
Ingredients:
0 250 g flour 250 ml milk
40 g cold butter
2 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon
sugar 4 teaspoons baking powder
Method: Mix the
dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add melted butter, then milk. Pour the liquid over the dry and mix quickly. I personally prefer to leave the mixture in the fridge for half an hour to activate the yeast to dissolve any lumps. Grease a pan with a little oil and pour a little dough at a time (it is important that these pancakes are quite thick). Cook to medium-low heat for a minute, then turn and cook the other side (to run I am fine with a skimmer). With these doses there are ten. Stuffed with salt to taste. My tower is composed of layers of pancakes coated with mayonnaise with green tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini.
