Seriously, I agree with what he said to Claudio, we really choose a course that lends itself to a little Italian job opportunities. Let's face it, we are formed with the noble mission to "save" the companies from unnecessary wastage due to mismanagement of human resources (smart people in positions that do not develop their true potential and others that I honestly do not know how to do anything, but are there because they did impress the selection, organization of work pitiful that leads to employee frustration affect his performance, etc ...) but in the end we end up doing odd jobs such as telemarketing, delivery pizza, distributors of flyers and the like, seeing people who have done a poor course of several months posing as experts in human resources.
Why, after all, let's be honest, nobody feels accountant or lawyer or engineer, when he has a degree in substance, but all are psychologists, everyone is able to manage human resources, therefore, what the hell they serve a Bachelor of 5 years, or probationary for one year (and of course, strictly free) and passing a state exam?! At first I avoided knowing it to invest much time and resources ... but anyway, since now it is here, might as well go ahead, bite the bullet, certification and hope to get that evil in the classic stroke of luck to find a job even a minimum consistent with studies.
That said, I get to feed the fish up there ... with permission!
